Installation Guide
The installer is not compatible with mobile devices. Please, download the installer on a PC or Mac device before proceeding.

macOS will ask if you want to open the installer. Click Open.

Type your password and click OK.

The installer will run. Click Next.
6.
Click Next again.
7.
After a few minutes, the installation will be completed. Click Finish.
8.
Splashtop will need some permissions. Click Allow on each section.

The Security & Privacy settings will open. Click the lock and enter your password.

Once unlocked, you’ll need to click the checkbox next to Splashtop.

Download the installer. It should be in your Downloads folder. Double-click on it.

Double-click the box icon.

Things to Know
- Our agent is now backing up all your files to our cloud servers. Your files are protected and encrypted to keep any prying eyes out of them.
- We are keeping tabs on your computer's vitals. Imagine this like a doctor hooking you up to a hospital bed - it lets us see how hard the computer is working, and allows us to take action in giving you a heads-up if it's working too hard and needs an upgrade or some other work done on it to keep it from having a meltdown. We do not have access to see what you are doing.
- Maintenance will constantly be going on in the background - updates, virus scans, backup tasks, decluttering functions, etc. These help keep the computer out of the shop and ensure long-term health.
- Remote support - should you need us to hop on your computer to show us something or for us to fix something on the fly, you can grant us access easily.
